The quality of our service is very important to us but it is also
difficult to measure. Whilst we have the usual paper qualifications of
solicitors we also have a Legal Aid Franchise. This is a quality mark
similar to ISO9000 (formerly BS5750) but for solicitors who provide
advice financed by legal aid. Many of the procedures which we implement
to achieve this award are also used in cases which are not legally
aided.
